PH100 ExStik did not register exactly as 7.0 or 4.0 with the pH solutions purchased. The instructions manual was too brief with explaining this pH factor and use of the instrument by a novice. Otherwise, seems like a solid piece of equipment.

Delivery was delayed repeatedly from the needed original ship date given upon order. However, once I complained via email on website (regarding delay and an error in pH solution received), customer service immediately addressed issues and sent items.

We have been using the Extech pH meters for several years. They are reliable, rugged and economical. The replacement electrodes are also economical. The accuracy has been outstanding. We test in the pH of 3-13 range and are consistently reading the same as other meters costing more than 5 times as much. By the way, we have only had need for factory service once and the service was outstanding. I recommend these highly!
