The Simatec IH 210 simatherm induction heater is intended to heat large workpieces up to 300 kg. The IH 210 comes equipped with two yokes. Due to the sliding yoke, the workpiece can easily be mounted and removed. An additional benefit of the IH 210 is its built-in air cooling system (IH 210F), which allows continuous operation or even a higher platform for larger workpieces (IH 210XL).

The IH 210 can heat a bearing weighing 210 kg in 20 minutes from 20°C to 110°C, saving time and energy. It includes 4 different power consumption levels, along with smaller yokes, allowing smaller bearings to be heated quickly and efficiently with less energy.
