I have used Xcelite tools since the 60's, electronics in oil exploration. They are mistaken here in their description. The two empty pockets are not for extra tools! They are empty to allow it to be rolled up evenly. I know, I have had this set since the 1970's. You can not put pliers or cutters in those pockets and have it roll up easily.
