Rock solid and full featured power supply / controls, huge range of available handpieces. The Pico tips allow rework of many leadless ICs, 0201s yet have plenty of power density and thermal response for bigger things and groundplanes. Having the heater, sensor, and tip all in the replaceable part costs a bit more but really improves performance and gets you back to new with a simple tip change.
