It’s an embedded wood floor data logger that captures and collects temperature and relative humidity (RH) readings within your wood floor as well as your concrete subfloor and underlayment.

It’s an easy install. Put it in and you’ll never see it again. The Floor Sentry is about the size of a credit card and is designed to place snugly within the recessed area of a prepared wood floor plank.

When installed, the Floor Sentry will give you around 8 years of constant temperature and RH monitoring. Using the free Wagner Sentry app, you can check your floor conditions at any time. You can also set alarm thresholds to capture spikes in temperature and RH in your floor and alert you to these potentially damaging conditions when you are in Bluetooth range of the embedded Floor Sentry.
