20:1 IR Thermometer with High Temp, Alarms, and Type K
The Triplett Model IRT500 is an IR thermometer with Type K that can instantly measure the surface temperature of objects without making contact plus Type K Temperature. With a quick press of the trigger, the circular laser identifies the measurement area within the circle, and the backlit LCD simultaneously displays the temperature of the target. In addition, the Type K thermocouple provides contact temperature measurements.
The IRT500 features a 20:1 distance-to-target ratio, a wide temperature range of -58° to 1832° F (-50° to 1000°C), adjustable emissivity, audible and visual high/low-temperature alarms with the red backlight, Min/Max/Avg/Diff, and automatic data hold with power off after 8 seconds. Includes Type K bead probe, 9V battery, and pouch case.
Applications
- Measure the surface temperature of objects that are too hot to touch or hard to reach
- Measure the temperature of moving objects
