Three Layer ESD vinyl Mat with Foam back layer that provides cushioning for general use application.
VinylSTAT B provides excellent ESD protection as well as cushioning for component protection and operator comfort. This helps to protect sensitive products from the physical shock of being dropped or mishandled. VinylSTAT B utilizes a three-layer construction consisting of a conductive metalized mesh layer sandwiched between a dissipative vinyl top surface and a foam, base layer. The conductive layer lowers the mat's resistance to the ground which allows static to be quickly and safely eliminated. The mat's surface resistivity is 10^7 – 10^8. The VinylSTAT A can be used with Constant Monitors. Available in 50ft rolls in blue or gray and pre-cut table mats.
Meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI ESD-S20.20 and the recommendations of ESD 4.1.
Applications:
Creates an ESD-safe work area with cushioning by providing a path-to-ground for electrical charges as well as protecting the work surface from damage. The VinylSTAT B can be used with constant monitors.
