Tacky mats are used at the entry and exit of cleanrooms and lab-controlled environments to remove contamination on shoes and wheels of carts. Each tacky mat consists of a stack of numbered tear-off polyethylene film sheets. When a sheet becomes loaded with contamination, it is peeled off, exposing a new clean sheet for use. This peel-off design eliminates messy and time-consuming cleaning.

Our tacky mats are made with LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), which creates a smooth surface that is not damaged by shoes, booties, or cartwheels. Each mat has a corner tab numbered 1 through 30 to assure that only one layer is peeled off at a time. There are 30 sheets per mat and 4 mats per case.
