The Metriso B530 test kit efficiently measures a wide resistance range and is suitable for point-to-point, surface, and resistance-to-ground measurements. The Metriso B530 can measurement range is from 1kOhm to 199 GOhm. The Metriso B530 test kit includes a digital high-resistance test meter, two-disc probes, an extension handle for floor measurements, a hand-held probe with connecting cable, and a conductive carrying case fitted with dissipative pink foam.

Quickly and accurately take resistance measurements with the Warmbier SRM110. The LED readout will report the resistance in powers of 10 (example 10^10) and indicate if the surface is Insulative, Conductive, or Dissipative.

This Wolfgang Warmbier SRM 110 uses parallel electrodes and concentric rings to accurately measure RTT, RTG, or resistivity for periodic verification, factory audits, or test lab evaluation of the product. This meter is designed to verify incoming materials such as floor mats, table mats, bins, and shelving in static-controlled areas. Work surfaces, bags, wrist straps, footwear, packaging materials, garments, and ESD chairs can also be tested with the device.

The EFM51 is a full-featured hand-held field meter used to perform static surveys and evaluate charge accumulation in electronic manufacturing and industrial operations. The EFM51 measures static voltages within ±20kV (20,000V) with a microcontroller that calculates the field strength (V/m) with a pre-selected distance (1cm, 5cm, 10cm, and 20cm). Results are displayed via a 12-digit alphanumeric LCD screen. Two LED guide ring lights help position the field meter at the right distance from a charged test object.

EFM51 is supplemented by the EFM51.CPS “Charge Plate Set” which is used to check and verify ionizer efficiency and offset voltage (balance). The kit measures static decay times from +/- 1.000 volts to +/- 100 volts. The kit includes 6″ metal plates and a battery-powered charger.

The EFM51 meets periodic test requirements per Compliance Verification ESD TR53 and conforms to ANSI/EOS/ESD (S4.1, S7.1, S12.1, S2.1).

The kit includes a metal rolling case to house all of your ESD test equipment. The kit includes wheels and a telescoping handle. All of the equipment fits into die-cut foam that holds everything in place.

The 7220.880.SET concentric ring probe is used with a surface resistance meter to take volume resistance, point-to-point resistance, surface resistance, and resistance-to-ground measurements. The Concentric Ring Probe (Ref: ANSI/ESD STM11.12) can measure the volume resistance of planar materials using a flat conductive metal plate (included).
