The Techni-Pro 445-352 is a 4 1/2" long thin nose diagonal cutter with spring loaded handles. Thin nosed cutter features precision flush cutting jaws with a thin tapered nose for working in tight spaces. The cutting length is 1/2". It meets ANSI specs, not for use on live circuits.
