5mm probe connections to grabbers

Work fine on our suite of 5mm scope probes (cheap ones with extra-wide tips need not apply). Press the leads firmly into the adapter or probe tip to size them as this stretches the heat shrink. If they get too loose, slice off the heat shrink and apply new heat shrink to fit. Best values if the lead wire are twisted as usual.
