Starrett 3812 Ultrasonic Thickness Gage
The 3812 Ultrasonic Thickness Gage is a state-of-the-art digital ultrasonic thickness gage packed with features typically found only on high-end models. The gage measures the thickness of metallic and non-metallic materials such as steel, aluminum, titanium, plastics, ceramics, glass, and any other good ultrasonic wave conductor that has parallel top and bottom surfaces. This dynamic ultrasonic thickness gage accurately displays readings in either inch or millimeter units after a simple calibration to a known thickness or sound velocity.
