Siglent’s SHS1000 series handheld digital oscilloscopes take advantage of years of SIGLENT research and development. It adopts many dedicated integrated circuits which allows for a simpler layout, low power consumption and a very small footprint. The SHS1000 feature patented Isolated Channel technology, providing isolation from ground as well as between channels, enabling you to take floating measurements without worrying about damaging circuitry. In addition to an oscilloscope, the SHS1000 also features a 6000 count multimeter.
The SHS1000 can provide trend plots for both the oscilloscope and multimeter. It supports real time recording and results can be easily exported for further analysis. The oscilloscope records in scan mode with an 800K point capacity and more than 24 hours of recording time.
The SHS1000 also contains a 6000 count multimeter for measurement of DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, resistance, diode, capacitance and continuity.

Siglent SHS1102

I realize Siglent is not usually considered a "top shelf" manufacturer, but so far this scope has exceeded my expectations. Build quality seems good. The scope came with the latest firmware installed, but apparently the user manual has not been updated. Some menus and functions seem to operate a bit differently than shown. The included probes are of surprisingly good quality and made in Germany by Multi-Contact. I think this scope is a good value for the money.
