The Siglent SDS1000XHD-PA is the power analysis option for SDS1000X-HD oscilloscopes.
Power analysis can help users quickly and easily analyze and debug switching power supply designs. It automatically calculates Power Quality, Current Harmonics, Inrush Current, Switching Loss, Slew Rate, Modulation, Turn On/Turn Off, Transient Response, PSRR, Power Efficiency, Output Ripple and more.
Full use of the Power analysis requires a differential voltage probe (SIGLENT DPB series), a current probe (SIGLENT CP series), the SIGLENT DF2001A deskew fixture, and the power analysis activation license (part number SDS1000XHD-PA).
