The SCS 817Z33 Static Shield Bag, qualified to MIL-PRF-81705E Type III, Class 2 and listed on the QPL under the Defense Standardization Program, features a 0.0028" (2.8 mil) metal-in film laminate. Its film printing, as per MIL-PRF-81705E Section 3.6, is a buried layer resistant to rubbing off or removal by chemicals like IPA. The bag's dissipative inner surface has a resistance of ≥ 1 x 10⁵ to < 1 x 10¹² ohms/sq, while the outer surface has a resistance of < 1 x 10¹² ohms/sq, both meeting MIL-PRF-81705E Method 4.6.8 requirements.
