The Rohde and Schwarz SMCVB-K166 is the DTMB Option for the SMCV100B. Please note, this requires the purchase of option SMCVB-K519. About the DTMB Option DTMB is the name of the released standard for digital terrestrial television and digital terrestrial handheld service in China. The transmission standard complies with specification Chinese National Standard GB 20600-2006. The transmission standard supports two techniques for modulation. Orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) and a single carrier technique. The forward error correction (FEC) is based on a randomizer, BCH encoder and LDPC encoder. Time interleaving is performed afterwards.
