I purchased this Rigol DSA815-TG spectrum analyzer and have had time to work with it. So far, I am very pleased with its performance. The unit’s packing was sealed from the factory and was still within its calibration window (calibrated September, 2020). I had one issue when the analyzer was purchased and brought that issue to the attention of Ms. Latoya in the customer service department. This woman was wonderful; she listened to my concern and would not stop until the issue was resolved. I thank Mr. Brian Moran for following through on his promise and I’ll continue to purchase my test equipment only from TEquipment.net.
