The Quick 854 is a 400 watt infrared preheater with 5.1 x 5.1 inch heating area. The 854 has a temperature range of 125-660°F, stability of ±1°, as well as a built-in thermometer for checking the temperature of your PCB. The quality is pretty good for this board heater. Very simple to use, just dial (button press) the temperature in, attach the thermocouple (if desired), set the board and wait for the desired temperature. My only addition will be to get a board holder to be able to adjust the distance.
