I own a restaurant equipment repair company and use this molded tool case as my everyday, every call tool case. It holds up well and the exterior is easily cleaned with a damp cloth wipe down.(useful for work in kitchens)It holds a lot of weight in tools and the carry handle is sturdy enough for the job. Highly recommend.

A Very Nice Tool Case!

I have used Platt cases for 20 years and they usually do not disappoint. I really like the 946T because it is just the right thickness to keep my tools under the bottom pallet in place when the case is vertical during transport. I also like the recessed latches better, as I always seem to find a way to break off the chrome ones that stick out when the case is open. Recessed latches are definitely an improvement in my opinion. This is a professional case that will last for many years. I use it every single day. My last case had the chrome latches which I broke one off when stepping down off a ladder. The case is still in great shape after using every day for the last 12 years. I don't think you will find a better tool case for the money anywhere. TEquipment was very quick to get this to me also. And at the best price I could find. I highly recommend them.
