Pace ST 65 Shop Air Powered Production Desoldering Station with SX-100 Desoldering Iron

Air Operated Production Desoldering System

The ST 65 is a single channel, dial control power supply that is compat-ible with all IntelliHeat ® handpieces and comes as a system with the new SX-100 Sodr-X-Tractor or as a Power Source only. Featuring a powerful multistage venturi that is powered by your compressed air source, the ST 65 is ideal for application where continuous vacuum or pressure is required. An N2 source can be connected to create an inert gas reflow environment when using an N2 capable soldering iron.

SX-100 Sodr-X-Tractor: A Better Way to Desolder

PACE revolutionized the electronics industry in the 60's by creating the first self-contained continuous vacuum desoldering system. Now PACE has taken the best desoldering handpiece on the planet and made it better! The SX-100 Solder Extractor has been improved so that is does not clog! The modular heater has been re-engineered to transfer heat better through the length of new SX-100 Tips. SX-100 Desolder Tips will not clog because the isolated hot solder path is designed to stay well above solder melt temperature, preventing even Lead-Free solder from solidifying.

I see there are several different Pace desoldering stations. How are the different?

These differ in a couple ways. First, some require external compressed air, while others have an internal pump. Also, models are either analog or digital, and are available with or without the SX-100 desoldering iron. • 8007-0502 = ST 65, analog, uses external compressed air, includes SX-100 iron • 8007-0503 = ST 65, analog, uses external compressed air, power station only • 8007-0506 = ST 75, analog, contains internal pump, includes SX-100 iron • 8007-0507 = ST 75, analog, contains internal pump, power station only • 8007-0508 = ST 115, digital, contains internal pump, includes SX-100 iron • 8007-0509 = ST 115, digital, contains internal pump, power station only
