Oberon TCG140 Series Arc Flash Kit includes - TCG140 coat with escape strap (TCG140-CT-ES) and bib-overalls with 26in leg zippers, TCG140 hood with ventilation system and light (TCG140-C+HVSL).

The Oberon 140 Cal TCG Ultralight Arc Flash Coats and Bib Overalls are ultralight and made from a proprietary blend of arc-rated, inherently flame-resistant, aramid fibers. The coat and bib feature reflective day/night striping on arms and legs for increased visibility, knit cuffs, and a dual-stage zipper front closure. Coats include an escape strap (10ft long Kevlar strap which can be used to assist in contact release or to drag a worker away from harm. It can also be used as a secondary communication device). The bib-overalls have a 26in Leg Zipper. The 140 Cal TCG Ultralight Arc Flash Coats and Bib Overalls meet ANSI/ISEA 125 Level 2 conformity with an arc rating 140 cal/cm², NFPA 70E Arc Flash Category 4 or CSA Z462 Category 5. An arc flash risk assessment must first be completed by the employer before the appropriate protection level can be determined.

The Oberon 140 Cal TCG Arc Flash Hood utilizes a patented True Color Grey (TCG) arc flash shield technology which produces no color distortion while performing common work tasks and comes with a scratch-resistant, anti-fog coating. Aramid fabric contains a layer of ballistic protection to prevent injuries from arc flashes as well as projectiles that can occur from an arc blast. The Oberon HVS is an optional fresh air arc flash hood ventilation system that is pocket mounted in the rear of the hood and includes a high-precision fan motor that provides over 8 CFM of fresh air around the head and face. The Oberon HVSL option includes the hood ventilation system with an adjustable light that clips onto the front of the hood, providing 70 lumens of light and 146 hours of run time.
