We paid for 2-day shipping, having not received the part 6-days later, I called to see when the part would arrive. Supposedly this part was not in stock and it will take the company ~15 days to receive the part, 1 day to check it in, and then 2-days to ship it. This was not communicated up front. Please make sure your customers are aware of purchase lead times BEFORE an order is made, this way we can make informed decisions.
