DG-8 digital manometer
5.0
Very good manometer with many uses. Bright screen and is good on batteries. Excellent for energy auditors because it measures to 0.1 pascals which makes it useful for measuring worst-case CAZ, draft, zonal pressure diagnostics, pressure pan, room to room, static pressure, etc. It's small size is also a big plus. If energy-geeks think it can't be used for worst-case CAZ testing, reread ANSI/BPI-1200, section 7.9.1.5 "Using a calibrated manometer or similar pressure measuring device intended for this purpose, measure and record the baseline pressure in the CAZ with reference to (WRT) outside. Compare this measurement with subsequent pressure measurements to determine the greatest negative pressure achievable in the CAZ." When they say baseline, they mean the first reading in natural conditions. There is no instruction to baseline the manometer, because your goal is to identify the most negative, not identify the difference between first and worst.
