Metcal's Solder Wire Feeder System adds control and convenience to your soldering process. The digital controls, high performance, and its ability to handle multiple solder wire diameters provide repeatability and functionality to your process. The Solder Wire Feeder pairs with Metcal's SmartHeat MX-5200 or MX-500 Soldering and Rework Systems.

Metcal offers several MX upgrade kits to expand the capabilities of your soldering system. Upgrade kits are available with tweezers, desoldering irons, several types of soldering irons and more. The following is an overview of each:

MX-UK1 - with MX-H1-AV advanced handpiece
MX-UK2 - with MX-H2-UF ultra fine handpiece
MX-UK3 - with MX-HPDC dual handpiece
MX-UK4 - with MX-PTZ tweezer
MX-UK5 - with MX-DS1 desoldering handpiece
MX-UK6 - with MX-H6-HTD high thermal demand handpiece
