The Mecmesin 351-103 is an Interface cable, AFG to MultiTest-dV (May 2020 - now) test stands & Vortex-dV (June 2020 -now) for stand reverse and RS232 data transfer to stand for onward use with VectorPro-Lite software. Comprises a 15-pin D-socket to 15-pin D-plug.
