A pair of pneumatically-operated, Double-action Medium Vice Grips with an opening of 0-10mm depending on the jaw types selected (sold separately).
Each grip is fitted with 2 x 50 mm diameter pneumatic pistons, which allow the test specimen to be easily held around the central axis and apply up to 1 kN constant clamping force.
An extensive collection of interchangeable jaws provides excellent gripping characteristics to ensure that various materials and components can be securely held. Jaws are sold separately.
Mec205 series footswitches or hand switches are available to operate pneumatic grips - order separately.
It is fitted with a QC-20mm hole to connect to the test stand's loadcell or base.
