Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive, 3880, 5 ml Syringe
The Loctite 2015797 is a thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with an adhesion strength of 1000, 1% VOCs, and a curing time of 10 minutes at 125°C, 6 minutes at 150°C, and 3 minutes at 175°C. It has a faint odor, and the shelf life is 6 months. It comes in a silver color in a 5ml syringe.
