Keysight DSOS000-200 - Memory Upgrade for Infiniium S; 200 / 400 Mpts (4 Ch / 2 Ch)

Keysight offers several memory upgrade options for the Infiniium S oscilloscope series. Standard memory is 100 Mpts (4 channel) / 200 Mpts (2 channel).

Available memory upgrades are as follows:

DSOS000-200

200 / 400 Mpts (4 channel / 2 channel)

DSOS000-400

400 / 800 Mpts (4 channel / 2 channel)

The S-Series offers a Digital Signal Analysis (DSA) option, which can only be installed on new units. It includes the following:

DSOS001-DSA

200 / 400 Mpts memory option (DSOS000-200)
EZJit Complete (timing jitter and vertical noise only)

DSA version of EZJIT Complete is not equivalent to D9010JITA and does not include phase noise measurements. No special software support subscription is required.
