The Keysight 16048E test lead, BNC connector to BNC connector board, extends the measurement port with a four terminal-pair configuration. It comes with a BNC female connector board to enable the attachment of user-fabricated test fixtures.
The Keysight 16048E consists of a direct attachment, 4-terminal pair type fixture, which is equipped with four BNC (male) terminated-coaxial test leads. These test leads are used to attach user-fabricated test fixtures. DC bias levels of up to +/- 42V can be applied to the Keysight 16048E. The cable length is 4 meters.
