The Keithley 8010-DTB is a test board is used to test 3-terminal devices in a TO-247 package and 2-terminal axial-lead devices. The test board is used with Keithley Instrument Models 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture and 8011 High Current Test Socket Kit.
