JBC R470041 - Barrel Cartridge 1.5mm (Width)
This cartridge is designed for use in automated soldering processes. The essential part of the soldering iron is the tip, JBC has over 50 models of cartridges of different shapes and sizes for automation. All the tips on this series feature excellent heat transfer, instantaneous heating, and great durability. The new design features a cross-section that perfectly centers the cartridge in the soldering iron and ensures accurate vertical positioning. In addition, the cartridge can be placed/used in 4 different positions, which can be changed in steps of 90°.
The R470041 fits the TR470 Soldering Iron and the TRA470 Automatic Soldering Iron.
The R470041 is appropriate for connector soldering purposes and it is perfect for both THT and SMT cable soldering or for applications with high power requirements such as ground plane soldering.
