The JBC FAE1-1K1C is a fume extractor package for 1 workbench. It includes the following items:

• FAE1 Fume Extractor
• FAE1100 Filter with HEPA H13
• FAE070 Flexible Arm with Clamp Ø 50 mm
• FAE010 Flexible Hose Ø 50 mm
• P405 Pedal

The JBC FAE1 is the most effective solution to avoid exposure to solder fumes. This system only operates when soldering and features a unique vacuum system integrated into the stand.

Filtration consists of an FAE1110 Pre-filter and FAE1100 Filter (HEPA H13 + Carbon). This three-layered system achieves a certified efficiency of 99.95% in filtering soldering fumes, meeting EN 1822 standards. It surpasses industry standards, ensuring higher air quality and compliance.

The FAE1 can be controlled by a JBC station, foot pedal, robotic system or PC.

It has 3 predefined levels of aspiration: low, medium and high. It also features a custom mode where the airflow can be set within the minimum (10%) and maximum rates (100%).

The fume extractor aspiration can be activated/deactivated by using JBC’s P405 or P005 foot pedal. The pedal easily connects to a port on the fume extractor’s front panel.

JBC Soldering Stations feature a robot port to the fume extractor in order to automatically activate the extraction when the tools are in use. Use the Premium Station Cable (included) for the connection.

Connect up to 4 stations directly to a fume extractor port (STATION 1, STATION 2, ...) through the soldering station port (FAE/ROBOT). Every tool connected to a station can control the aspiration system.

Use the Compact Station Cable and the Adapter cable to connect JBC Soldering Stations. They feature a USB-B port to the fume extractor in order to automatically activate the extraction when the tools are in use.
