IM9000 Equivalent Circuit Analysis Software, an optional add-on for the IM3570 Impedance Analyzer.

The IM3570, which is designed for use in testing applications on production lines for electronic components such as inductors, capacitors, and piezoelectric elements and in development applications at university and company research departments, has been adopted by numerous customers since its launch last July. The IM9000 Equivalent Circuit Analysis Software enhances the analytical functionality offered by the IM3570.

Hioki LCR Meters and Impedance Analyzers range from 1mHz to 1.3GHz devices to suit a wide range of applications in the testing of electronic components. The IM9000 is a optional firmware upgrade for Model IM3570 to facilitate Cole-Cole plots, simple circuit analysis and detailed acceptance/rejection decisions, adding value to the IM3570 to serve more advanced component analysis.

Enabling Simple Circuit Analysis and Detailed Acceptance/Rejection Decision-Making

The Equivalent Circuit Analysis Firmware IM9000 is an optional function that enables equivalent circuit analysis using the Impedance Analyzer IM3570. Five typical equivalent circuit analysis models and the analysis results can be used to calculate the ideal frequency characteristics and check the differences from the measured values. Furthermore, Cole-Cole plot, admittance circle, and other graphs can be displayed.
