The Henkel 3128 is a heat curable, one part epoxy adhesive. Although it is heat curable, it was designed to cure at a low temperature and provides excellent adhesion on a wide range of materials in a short period of time. Memory cards and CCD/CMOS Assemblies are some of the more common applications this product is used for. Ideal for use where low curing temperatures are required for heat sensitive components.
