I've used Hakko at a couple of previous companies and couldn't be happier with their performance. With the "work from home" mandate, I was using an old Weller solder station until it died a couple weeks into the WFH. I ordered a Hakko FX951 kit and never looked back. The only down side I can think of is that there is not a hot tweezer attachment for it.
