As with all Greenlee products, this one is no exception as it is quality built. Works exactly as described. The case is the only exception. It was warped when it arrived. We cleaned it out and set it next to the fireplace with some weight on it and it straightened out in about 2hrs. Items do not stay in place when carrying it using the handle. This is not a huge issue as the overall product works "very" well compared to the hydraulic versions we replaced this with.
