General Tools Mirror accessory

Product works fine. Can't say the same for General Tools Customer Support. I wanted a mirror for their DCS300 video scope. Went to their web site to find that they listed a mirror for the DCS500, but not the 300. Sent them an inquiry asking if the mirror fit the 300. A week later, no reply. Sent them another inquiry asking where I could buy a mirror for the 300. A week later, no reply. So I ordered the 500 one from TEquipment who handled my order in an efficient manner. Crossed my fingers that it would work for me, which it did. Never got a reply from General.
