Here’s a sectional cable machine that drives 7/8" and 5/8" sections - or even 5/16" cables for small drain work. You can switch from 7/8" to 5/8" and back by repositioning the chuck cone. No adapter is required. Attach a small drum to the back of the machine to drive smaller cables. The I-95 gives you more than versatility. It gives you power and convenience. The motor is a 1/3 hp capacitor type, so it delivers plenty of torque to the cables. Yet, as soon as you lift the drive handle, the cable stops rotating, so there’s no additional torque build-up. You also use the drive handle to carry the machine. And when the I-95 is in position on the job, its four-point base gives it rock-solid stability. A cutter holder is attached to the back so your cutting heads are always with the machine. A ground fault circuit interrupter is standard equipment.

Jaws handle both 7/8" cables or 5/8" cables. No adaptor is required.

The drive handle doubles as a carrying handle and the machine is compact and light enough to carry up to the roof.

Standard cable sections for the I-95 and Root 66 are open-wound hollow cables with R-Connectors (Compatible with Ridgid).

The 5/8" cables are used to clear 2" and 3" lines up to 125 ft. long. They are available in 7-1/2 ft. sections (Cat # 7.5R8). They snap together in a second and are taken apart quickly with a coupling key.

The 7/8" cables are used to clear 3" and 4" lines up to 150 ft. long. Standard sections are available in 15 ft. hollow sections (Cat # 15R10). The 7/8" cables are also available as optional Proflex sectional cables (Cat # 15R10-P shown) that sport an innerspring. It gives the cable greater strength to resist kinking and to transfer extra torque down the cable for additional cutting power.

Smaller 5/16" Flexicore cables (Cat # 25HE1-A) can be used with an optional drum to clear clogged sink lines and other small 1-1/4" to 2" drain lines.

New 5-foot sectional cables make sectional drain cleaning cleaner and easier in confined and hard-to-access areas like bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and even roofs.

The shorter 5 ft. cable length helps keep the machine under better control, reducing the risk of spraying walls, floors, carpets, and cabinets from exposed wet, spinning 15 ft. cables. The short design fits perfectly on 6 ft. drop cloths without hanging over.

Force Multiplier Cables are available in 7/8" diameter (Cat # 5R-10) for use in General’s Root 66 and I-95 sectional drain cleaners, or in 1-1/4" diameter (Cat # 5R-14) for the Rodrunner.
