The LT in 990LT stands for light, but in name only. The 990LT is built on the same advanced platform used in some of the worlds most notable next generation network build-outs. In its base configuration, it delivers the core functionality needed to test and troubleshoot copper telecom circuits quickly and easily and affordably. A broad range of capabilities are included: basic metallic tests like voltage, resistance, opens, balance and noise. Voice band transmission testing, including automated dial-up and terminated test routines are also available, along with load coil detection, a precision resistive fault locator, and impulse noise detection with 17.7 MHz bandwidth.
Field Upgradeable for Maximum Versatility
But one of the most significant capabilities of the 990LT CopperPro is the ability to add testing features when and where you need them. You can add one of the most advanced TDRs available to provide powerful fault locating functionality, including the exclusive TDR Auto Test, which both locates and labels common faults, including short bridge taps. Also available are bandwidth extensions for ADSL2+ and VDSL, providing you with broadband qualification, noise and spectral analysis functions. And each can be installed in the field quickly and easily without the inconvenience of down time or the added expense of shipping.
Multi-mode DSL modems are also available to verify services from ADSL G.Lite to VDSL2, and virtually everything in between.
