The FLIR T460 is a powerful infrared camera designed specifically for predictive maintenance applications as well as industrial inspection and building diagnostic duties. The T460 thermal camera features high-resolution infrared imaging at 320x240 pixels or 76,800 total pixels. A wide temperature range of -4°F to 2,732°F (-20°C to 1,500°C) gives you more than enough capability to capture infrared images of virtually any object in any application. Six measurement presets come standard including center spot, hot spot (box max), cold spot (box min), and no measurements, as well as two user-defined presets. The FLIR T460 also includes unique FLIR imaging technologies like UltraMax and MSX which improve resolution and clarity in thermal images.

Intuitive Design

The FLIR T460 comes loaded with multiple features which serve to make the user's job easier. Chief among these is the design of the camera itself. The T460 features a comfortable hand strap which places the hand perfectly in range of most of the camera's critical buttons as well as the 3.5-inch touch screen. Fast automatic and manual focus controls are right under the fingers. Most settings, including manual focus, can be easily adjusted with one hand, even with gloves on. The T460 also features a rotating optical block, capable of 120 degrees of up and down movement for easy image capture in tight or awkward environments. With Auto Orientation, images and overlays on the T460's touch screen will also remain upright and clear no matter the camera orientation.

FLIR MeterLink

FLIR MeterLink expands the capabilities of FLIR thermal cameras even further by embedding electrical and moisture data from clamp and moisture meters directly into thermal images. This is possible only with specific FLIR and Extech clamp and moisture meters. With a Bluetooth connection, these meters can transmit data in real-time to the T460 thermal camera. This can be very helpful when attempting to locate the source of a thermal issue. It can also help users quantify these issues and determine the best course of corrective action.
