Octave Band Sound Analyzer

 The Extech 407790 real time octave band analyzer has a wide 100dB range of 30 to 130dB. The 160 x 160 dot matrix backlit LCD displays Leq, LE, Lmax, Lmin and Lp. The Extech 407790 real time octave band analyzer has a built-in memory that stores up to 12,280 records in SLM mode and 1024 data points in 1/1 or 1/3 octave mode. The stored data can be easily transferred to a PC via the RS-232 interface and analyzed using the software and cable provided.

The Extech 407790 real time octave band analyzer utilizes A, C and flat weighting with a selectable fast or slow response option. Other features of the Extech 407790 real time octave band analyzer include 25Hz to 10kHz frequency response range, internal self test when the unit is powered on, a detachable 0.52" (13.2mm) diameter condenser microphone, a tripod mount provided on the rear of the unit, analog AC/DC recorder output and a real time clock with year, month, day, hour, minute, and second display. The Extech 407790 real time octave band analyzer meets ANSI and IEC Type 2 standards.
