Extech 382252 - Excellent 3 Point Tester

I purchased the Extech 382252 after being in the field and having problems with the Extech GRT300 giving me errors when trying to get a soil resistivity reading. The GRT300 could not calculate the Ohm's-cm reading because it was too high. However the Extech 382252 can. As a matter of fact it can read up to 2000 Ohms-cm. This tool has saved me time and money from having to go back out to retest. Now I carry the Extech 382252 with me when in the field. Great product.

You are not going to find a better unit for testing ground resistance at this price , we currently have 4 and plan on purchasing another 10.

Resisitance tester

I bought the Extech 382252 Earth Ground Resistance Tester. It worked very well for me on a project I did for the US Government. I had done a similar test in the past and had to rent the equipment. The rental was more than the cost of this meter.
