Single-Acting Nut Splitter w/ Integral Pump, 12 Tons Capacity
The Enerpac NSC1927 is a single-acting nut splitter with an integral pump and a hexagon up to 1.06". This tool is powered by a built-in hydraulic hand pump. It is a ready-to-use tool - no need for a hose, a separate hand pump, or couplings. It is useful for subsea applications and working at heights.
This tool provides quick and easy cutting tip replacement. It has a drop-tested revolving anchor point and a safety lanyard. It also features a revolving composite handle for vibration and shock isolation. This nut splitter includes a set of hexagon keys and the following spare parts (cutting tip, tip retention screw, and spare alignment screw).
The standard safety lanyard comes with a steel cable and carabiners. The maximum allowable hardness to be split is ASTM A194 Gr 2H. It is not to be used on square nuts or stainless steel.
