The Elenco TL-3's are pretty good. The quality is actually not bad at all. The mini-grabbers have a decent feel to them and actuate smoothly. The strain reliefs are very well done. The BNC connector itself is probably not on par with typical oscilloscope probes they feel a tiny bit "scratchy" and not really buttery smooth like my scope probes. Overall 4/5. For $6 it can't really be beat I think these will hold up quite well with constant use. I've had mine for about a month as of this review.
