The Elmo OX-1 is an entry level camera that is perfect for use in a classroom, as well as remote learning and telecommuting. This lightweight product weighs only 1.4 pounds and is easily folded up and tucked away when not in use, not taking up valuable desk space in your classroom or office.

The OX-1 has a built-in microphone and provides 1080p full HD video at 15 frames per second, and 720p video at 30 frames per second. This enables streaming and recording of high quality video with narration.

The OX-1 connects with USB and is compatible with a variety of products and operating systems. It can be used with Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebooks. It is also compatible with most interactive flat panels, whether Android or Windows, and can be used directly with their annotation software.

The base on this unit is very stable, as to not move or shake during your presentation. It also accepts standard tripod mounts, and has two countersunk screw holes for users seeking to fix it to the desktop.

The OX-1 features a large, orange focus button on its side for ease of use, and a large button on the top for turning its lights on and off. The extra illumination is very useful for applications where your room's ambient lighting is not sufficient.

The camera's software, Image Mate +C, is very easy to use and enables users to control the following features directly from their computer:
