Temperature Probe Pt1000TG8Ex/0, No Connector, for ATEX Zone II

Temperature probes marked with Ex can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres, these probes are rated for ATEX Zone 2 - A place in which an explosive atmosphere consisting of a mixture with air of dangerous substances in the form of gas, vapor, or mist is not likely to occur in normal operation but, if it does occur, will persist for a short period only.
The probes operate on the principle of a defined dependence of the change of the sensor property on the change of the temperature. They are not able to generate sparks, arcs, or high surface temperatures. The temperature range for use in potentially explosive atmospheres is limited to a maximum temperature of +180 °C (the measuring range must not be exceeded even for a short time). The probes are designed for operation in a chemically non-aggressive environment, the method of use must be chosen with regard to the temperature and chemical resistance of the housing and the supply cable.
The manufacturer issues an EU Declaration of Conformity. The design of the probe is certified due to the certificate FTZÚ07 ATEX 142X.
The SN263 does not include a connector.
