The ST22L/W Surface Probe is a ribbon type surface probe with a 90° cranked shaft. It is fitted with a steel braided lead and Type T Thermocouple Sensor. It is suitable for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.

The ST22L/W Surface Probe is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
