The C48/P21 Sous Vide Kit is a simple to use, food thermometer kit containing a C48 Type K Thermocouple Food Thermometer for reliable and accurate temperature measurement, as well as a PK15M MicroTip Penetration Probe and a roll of Sous Vide Foam Tape.

Housed in a robust case with built-in protective rubber boot it can be used in a wide range of applications. Use with any Comark Type K probe with a sub-miniature connector.

The C48 Type K Thermocouple Food Thermometer is a simple to use thermometer with Type K Thermocouple sensor for accurate and reliable temperature measurement. It has an easy to use keypad and large LCD display.

The PK15M MicroTip Penetration Probe is a Type K Thermocouple Probe for checking meat and food temperatures during cooking, fitted with a 1m curly cable. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.

This specially made Sous Vide Foam Tape is designed for use with all types of temperature probes and vacuum pouches.

The C48 Food Thermometer is reliable and accurate for temperature measurement in all food environments. The features of this Type K Thermometer include a permanent clock and countdown timer within the display – with selectable alarms – to allow probe insertion times to be monitored.

The case of the C48 Food Thermometer is rated to IP65/IP67 dust and waterproof standards and Comark also uses BioCote Antimicrobial Protection, the only antimicrobial solution to be awarded HACCP International Certification, to provide an important extra level of defense against cross-contamination. This product is also NSF Certified.
