The C42REFKIT Reference Thermometer Kit comprises a C42F Food Thermometer, a PX22L Thermistor (PST) Food Penetration Probe, a TX27L Temperature Test Cap and an MC28 Hard Carrying Case.

The C42F Food Thermometer has a Battery life greater than 5,000 Hours from two convenient AA cells and the 4-button keypad keeps operation simple. Temperature Alarms are now standard across the C4X range of Thermometers alerting you to out of parameter temperatures (fully user programmable).

The PX22L Food Penetration Probe (PST/White) is a thermistor sensor probe designed for food applications. It has a 0.7m straight lead and white end cap. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.

The TX27L Thermometer Test Cap (+32°F) with 6-pin Lumberg type connector for simulation of temperature of +32°F.

The MC28 Blue Medium Size Case is a hard carrying case specifically designed to take one thermometer and a range of probes.
