The Comark C42/P5 is a General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit, supplied with C42F Type T Food Thermometer, PT19L Thin Tip (Type T Thermocouple) Penetration Probe, and a Soft Carry Case.

The PT19L Thin Tip Penetration probe provided in this Kit, is a general-purpose fast response probe that is suitable for food temperature (and other temperature measurements) over the critical food range of -4°F to 167°F (-20°C to +75°C) but, with its ability to measure down to -148°F to +482°F (-100°C to 250°C ) it’s a very useful probe for any other application requiring that temperature range.

Coupled with the C42F Type T Food Thermometer it will provide an accuracy of ±0.9°F (±0.5°C) from 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C).
